Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However if any replacement parts are needed, we will be happy to help with this. We stock tons of parts. Please note any special orders and clearance items are non returnable. We do charge a 20% restocking fee on returns in order to cover our in house labor costs on restocking, re-packaging, etc. We do not accept returns on any opened or used power equipment or tools.
For items that state 'Free Shipping', our actual shipping costs will be deducted from any refund in the event of a discretionary customer return.
All items are 100% insured. If your item arrives damaged / missing parts, we will fix or replace it. Please let us know within 14 days of delivery of any damage / defects.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us first.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Liability
Please note we can't be held liable for incidental costs, such as labor to repackage an item for return, gas costs to bring an item back to a UPS store, crane rental costs if an item needs to be brought over a fence, as a few examples. We DO however fully cover freight costs if an item arrives damaged or faulty. But please note we do not cover indirect charges, such as fuel or labor to repackage an item as mentioned above.
Forum Selection Clause
"The parties (i) agree that any state or federal court located in San Diego, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding and (ii) hereby waive, and agree not to assert, by way of motion, as a defense, or otherwise, in any such suit, action or proceeding, to the extent permitted by applicable law, that the suit, action or proceeding is brought in an inconvenient forum, that the venue of the suit, action or proceeding is improper, or that this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby may not be enforced in or by such courts."

SDFactoryDirect, Inc. is not liable for any incidentals or labor costs. For example we do not cover labor to bring a product from the driveway to the backyard, or vice versa. In the event that we do need to replace a product, we do not cover the assembly / disassembly of this product. Most of the large items we ship are shipped "LTL" Freight Curbside Delivery (with liftgate). Carriers will call prior to delivery to schedule, but will not be able to bring to the backyard, or do any unpacking / assembly. We do our best to immediately provide a freight tracking # on your order, so you can know when it will arrive. Also we do call prior to shipping LTL freight orders to go over delivery times and details. We want to ensure the delivery process is an transparent as possible. If you have any questions on delivery, or any requirements, please ask. Some carriers do offer "White Glove" delivery at an additional charge. Thank you!
